Welcome to Eye Patch UK
 
Eye Patch UK is a support network and resource for parents and carers of children who have to wear an eye patch due to amblyopia (lazy eye), or for any other reason. We are dedicated to improving children's vision by helping parents to achieve the recommended patching time - we know it's not always easy. Around 3.5% of children in the UK have to wear an eye patch for all or some of the time, and it can place families under a huge strain. We currently offer online support in the form of factsheets and information, and an email group, and hope to expand further.
